Dr. Cobert is an excellent ENT. I happily drive 40/50 minutes to his office. He is thorough, explains everything very well, and I thoroughly enjoy his personality and sense of humor.

Dr Cobert is always a pleasure to see. He's very good at explaining the procedure, allowed me to watch the screen as I was being scoped, and explained what I was seeing. He offered a detail explanation of what he'd thought was going on and what his recommendations were.

Getting an infection was not the best outcome, but I was treated well in all instances

The doctor had no concerns for my issues. He focused on a hearing test and spent no more than three minutes, examining my ears.

This doctor was very dismissive. He would ask me questions then cut me off when I was talking. When I asked about my issues I was told that "everything looks fine" without even trying to examine what I was concerned about. He may be knowledgeable but he lacks in bedside care.

Dr. Cobert was great in analyzing problem, discussing treatment and seeing if anything else he could help with for my other ENT related issues.

The provider seemed to question the symptom of having wet ears in the morning, as in fluid sitting in my ear upon waking up. He asked me three times "Are you sure you just aren't sweating?". When he was done looking in my ears, he said ":everything looks great, I don't know why you ear is crackling and you have fluid coming out". I also have a perforated septum, he looked at that and said it is far out of his expertise, and did not offer a referral to someone who could actually help me.

The doctor spent less time in the room than the medical assistant had. Probably under 5 minutes. For half of that time he was standing in the open doorway as if trying to leave. This was very distracting. I didn't even have a chance to ask him about my medication. And had to send a my chart message .
