    Dr. Doucet is the first doctor in my 67 yrs of life who makes me truly believe that he actually cares about my well being. He properly diagnosed me with what others ignored. I am really grateful to have Dr. D as my physician.

    I have been to more than a few doctors due to my health issues. I can honestly say I have never been to a doctor like Dr. Steve! That man is very thorough, he's approachable, he explains things in a way that anyone can understand, and you can tell he really cares about his patience! This guy is going to probably be the best doctor I will ever have in my honest opinion!

    Doucet is an amazing doctor and a central component of navigating my complex health care needs. As a chronically ill patient, it's an absolute relief to be able to come to him, be heard, and be able to trust that he's going to take me seriously and do his best to help me. He should be lauded for his patient care and investment in helping us all improve our quality of life. I travel over an hour just to see him because he provides better care than anyone in my local area (which includes Seattle!).

    My visit with Dr. Doucet was the best experience I've ever had with a primary care physician. He was thoughtful in his review and comments regarding my prior medical history. Going forward his explanation of how he interacts with patients was clear and concise.

    He seemed a little rushed but nothing that impacted our appointment. He is very smart and didn't rely on a computer to research my symptoms like previous providers I've seen. I was really impressed.

    I really appreciate not being told I'm getting old, son deal with it. I've heard that since I turned 60. I'm now 70 and am finally receiving appropriate care and understanding from Dr Doucet. Too many things get overlooked if a provider focuses on age.

    While personable and friendly, the doctor appeared to be rushed and focused too much on computer screen and recording technology than on human interaction with patient. Didn't get a chance to ask questions about other symptoms. It may help if doctors spend a little more time listening to the patient and what they are going through.

    I've told everybody about Dr. Doucet - I love him!!!! He listens to everything and believes me!!! He explains everything to me - I have gotten so smart since being seen by him!!!! He is one of the best doctors I have ever had!!!

    Dr Doucet is a very informed smart guy. One of the only doctors I've had that talks treatment and medication options, pros and cons. He used the white board in his office to demonstrate the duration of effectiveness for two medication options. I feel like I'm talking to competent and informed doctor.

    Dr. Doucet was outstanding. This was our first meeting (meet and greet). He is the first primary care provider in the MultiCare system to ask me about myself, career, family, etc. I was very impressed with that. He also showed authentic concern about my health issues and was proactive suggestion follow-up.

    My only suggestion is to make sure the patient has a prescription for medical equipment if prescribing medicine that needs equipment.

    I have already recommended him to many people - I really like Dr. Doucet - he always listens and explains everything - he is trying a new form of treatment that no one else has offered and yet it is very simple - using histamine blockers for nerve pain - I am so excited to see if this helps!!!! From him I have learned more about my physical self than I have from any past MD - I have learned so much!!!!

    I appreciate the level of concern and commitment to my health that Dr Steve had. He is the first doctor to understand my issues and he didn't rush me out. He took the time to learn of the myriad of issues I have and I'm grateful to have him as a GP

    The only reason for the "4" ratings as opposed to "5" is because everything was very rushed and I felt like a lot of information was thrown at me very quickly without much of chance to ask clarifying questions.
