Dec, 30 2024Dr. Klinkhardt is very nice and professional. She is easy to talk to and she maintains eye contact while speaking with you. I feel like she really listens to me and I trust her. I also like her very much.

Dec, 27 2024Dr. Klinkhardt read my file beforehand, so she knew some of my current concerns. I had a copy of my MRI that she did not have access to which explained why I was there in the first place. She alleviated my worries and explained what was mentioned in the MRI. She asked me if I had any other concerns. She definitely gave me her time and attention.

Jul, 2 2024The dr left to take a call as we were speaking. I feel unheard and was cut off several times as I began to speak. I don't talk much, so this was strange. I wish I could switch primary care physicians, but I waited 11 months for my original new pt appt, so I feel stuck with this doctor.

I realize time is of the essence but this was my first visit with this doctor and one would think she would make an effort to have a conversation about me as a person, not just a patient.

My only rating of Fair was that I had to remind her to review tests done after my last visit to get her take on my results and what my next steps should be. I think part of this is that she is/was incredibly busy and sees so many patients because there are so few Internal Medicine Doctors accepting new patients.
