The way my diagnosis was handled was very panicky. I was nervous the whole time not understanding what was going on. There was not a ton of communication up front. She was great at communicating when she returned but the feelings of waiting in the unknown she left me in was difficult.

She listened to all of my concerns and gave me options I had not thought of. I felt genuinely heard. When discussing possible treatments, she explained them thoroughly and made sure I was ok with the plan of action. If I voiced concern, she gave other plans we could do. I left there feeling confident and well supported.
