Victor Sharma, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in family medicine. Victor strives to provide holistic, patient-centered and comprehensive health care to all ages. He has experience in preventive health care, chronic disease management, behavioral health, acute illnesses, gynecological health and adult gender affirming care.

Away from work, Victor enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing with his dog Mocha, yardwork and spending time outdoors. He also enjoys playing basketball, running, hiking, going to the gym and listening to music.

I firmly believe that accessible, equitable, and quality health care is a universal right for all. My goal is to work alongside my patients to help them achieve the best possible outcomes in their physical, emotional, mental, social, environmental, and spiritual health. When working alongside my patients, using a holistic approach is important to me because it allows me to better understand and connect with my patients on a deeper and personal level. Together, we can assess and potentially mitigate any barriers that can be jeopardizing to their health. Growing up in an ethnic minority household, I know how challenging and scary it can be going to a medical office. Therefore, my biggest approach to patient care will be making sure my patient's voices are heard by actively listening to their thoughts, questions and concerns. I understand that everyone has their own unique background and perspective, and I want everyone to feel comfortable and supported when sharing. Through my actions, I strive to develop strong, trusting and lasting relationships with each and every one of them. Health is on a continuum, and I want to be with my patients each and every step of the way.
