She absolutely goes above and beyond every visit I have with her and she never rushes or dismisses any question or concern. She is an absolute diamond of a provider.

After being believed and having the appropriate action taken to rule out anything urgent, Tori Henrikson was excellent at explaining options moving forward. She has a wealth of specific knowledge to draw from and she has shared that in every visit I've had with her. She was efficient but kind and considerate and has great bedside manner. Kendra was also efficient, clear, and kind in her communication. Henrikson was thorough in discussing actions for follow up and was helpful on more than one issue/question that I came in with. She was never at all dismissive of my concerns, and instead believed me and treated me with respect. Thanks to her, I feel much more secure and confident moving forward investigating this issue, which also allows me to move forward with other concerns/treatments that were put on hold while we investigated this.

I was seen by my care provider and a training NP. The training NP arrived first - she was very engaged and knowledgeable. Once Dr. Henrikson came in she spent time with me asking about prior conditions I had been treated for and then took time to discuss my concerns regarding going on a BP medication as suggested. I left feeling good about the situation with my BP

Tori was amazing! It was my first appointment to establish care due to insurance issues with my previous doctor. She asked questions about my medical history and offered suggestions for ways to improve. She made me feel very comfortable and included in the discussion about continuing with the treatment plan in place regarding my care.

I have always been pretty shy about my health care. I was born with a medical condition that is difficult to talk about. This health care provider makes me feel comfortable about it.
