    Dr. Rubin was very nice and professional. Dr. Rubin recognized my visit was a in patient care transfer from another oncologist. Dr. Rubins care and understanding of my needs and transfer was thourough I got my next appointment that was previously scheduled at the previous facility transferred to NorthStar oncology with little wait time.

    Dr Rubin listens to me about every single concern and addresses everything with care and understanding. He's an incredible doctor to have when dealing with cancer. Thank you for hiring him! My dad went through cancer before he passed and his doctors in Bellingham tested him like they were tired of dealing with the same thing every day but a different person. I can't tell you what it means to me to not feel like I'm treated that way when I come in.

    Dr Rubin is very caring and compassionate towards his patients. I very pleased with his care and the way he has always taken the time to explain in a way I understand any test results, scans or any procedure.
