    Dr. Zhu exhibited knowledge and skill expected as well as sensitivity/consideration of my concerns and questions. He also interacted professionally with my daughter who accompanied me to this appointment.

    He asked me a bunch of questions and I told him of my concerns. He did several exam tests, told me I did not have neuropathy, told me to get blood drawn and get an MRI for my head and neck.

    I've been in pain for 3 years with my wrist and waited a long time for this appointment and after the test was done, he just said it will heal on its own and doesn't think it's carpal tunnel. I tried to say all my concerns and had to ask what to do. But after 3 years I'm told it will just get better no recommendation snow plan no helping ease my concerns etc. He's not rude or bad I just felt very disappointed.

    1 I was very comfortable with this Dr, he heard me asked the right questions as well informing me. I cried when I got in my car happy tears, finally a Dr heard me and helped

    I have been Dr Zhu's patient 5+ years and I appreciate him. He is concerned about my health as well as the personal challenges I have been and I am currently facing and working thru. I trust him with my cate.

    He told me to my face nothing was wrong with my nerves but said in his doctors notes said that it was most likely due to a disease or illness. Asked a different nerve doctor what having a 1+ deep tendon with soft extremities and due to all of the things that are paired with it its most likely something wrong with my nerves. Scheduled to get a second opinion

    Spent time to talk with me, but was rude to my husband and decided no need to treat me more. But guided to the best doctors for my condition.
