If you have general billing questions, would like to pay your bill or want to find out if you qualify for financial assistance, our customer service representatives are available Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5pm to assist you.

Patient financial navigators
If you have a question about current or ongoing care, our patient financial navigators are located on-site in the emergency departments and at central registration to assist with financial screenings/application assistance, patient questions and concerns, and financial conversations.

When paying your bill by mail, please place the payment coupon in the envelope included with your paper statement and send to:

Pay in person
Pay your bill in person by visiting the registration office at any of our hospital locations Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. Our hospitals accept payments but may not be able to answer all your billing questions. For further assistance, call 800-919-1936.
