For the Puget Sound, Spokane and Yakima regions

Health care providers can find order sets on this page to refer patients to home infusion or to a MultiCare ambulatory infusion center.

Please note: Oncology infusion services must be coordinated through a MultiCare Cancer Institute location. Pediatric infusion services should be coordinated through Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network.

To refer your patient:
