Sarah McDougal, PA-C, MPH, is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in women's midlife care, sexual health, and LGBTQ+ care. She provides comprehensive services that support women through peri- and post-menopausal transitions while addressing sexual health concerns and ensuring inclusive, respectful care for the LGBTQ+ community. Sarah is dedicated to empowering her patients to experience joy, find purpose, and continue to grow at every stage of life through personalized, evidence-based care. Away from work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her spouse and their young children, and exploring the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
