If you do not have health insurance coverage and cannot pay for all or part of the care you receive, our financial assistance team is here to help.
We maintain financial assistance policies that are consistent with our mission and values and that take into account your ability to pay for medically necessary health care services.

Eligibility guidelines
You may apply for financial assistance by submitting a financial assistance application with income information. MultiCare uses the Federal Poverty Guidelines to help determine what financial assistance program best fits your needs.
- If income is up to 300 percent of Federal Poverty Guidelines
After a financial assessment of your income has been completed, your bill will be reduced by 100 percent if your income level is at or below 300 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. - If income is 301–400 percent of Federal Poverty Guidelines
After a financial assessment of your income and assets have been completed, your bill will be reduced if your income level is between 301 and 400 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
