Practice Philosophy:

Everybody eats. What, when, why, and how much we eat all affect the way we feel and perform. My aim is to help individuals identify their personal nutritional goals, then work together to create a plan to help them reach these goals. Embracing a “food first” philosophy, I support patients in creating nutritional plans that incorporate their unique lifestyles, health needs, cultural considerations, and personal preferences.
