MultiCare East Pierce Family Medicine is seeking residents who have a solid academic background while balancing a life outside of medicine. Successful residents maintain a continued interest in developing their knowledge, skills and attitudes toward all aspects of family medicine.

After three years of training, we expect graduates to be well-rounded, capable physicians with a lifelong interest in learning.

This year, we will be following AAFP guidelines and wait a week until we send our interview invitations. For the 2026 – 2027 Recruitment season that will be September 22, 2026.
