Information Desk
The information desk is located next to the third floor main entrance and lobby. Staff and volunteers are available to help locate patients, staff and departments.
Information about buses, taxis and other transportation also is available.
Parking on campus
Free parking with no time limit is available in the P2/Fifth Street Garage, also located off Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
Please be sure to lock your car. If for some reason you need assistance with your vehicle, please call the Security Dispatch Center at 253-403-1013.
Valet parking
We are currently not offering our normal valet parking service at our hospitals. However, staff members will be available at hospital entrances to direct you to parking locations. Whenever possible, we also encourage visitors to drop patients off at entrances and then self-park appropriately. Thank you for understanding.
When in service, valet parking is available at the Philip Pavilion entrance #3 on Monday through Friday from 7am to 9pm. Vehicle retrieval is performed by valet staff until midnight.
RV and oversized vehicle parking
If your vehicle is over six feet eleven inches high, please contact Security Dispatch Center at 253-403-1013 for access to another parking lot that will accommodate you. RV parking is also available, please call ahead to make arrangements.
