Employment Verification
For employment verification, MultiCare uses the third-party company: The Work Number. They can be reached at 800-367-5690. Use Employer ID# 16351.
If you do not receive the information you need, please fax a request to Human Potential at 253-403-7965. You will need to add a note to the cover sheet that you have tried The Work Number already. It can take a minimum of 14 business days to receive a response. Employees and/or the company requesting the verification may call Human Potential at 253-403-6947 for assistance.
