If you have a concern or compliment regarding the care or services provided at MultiCare, please contact our regional Patient & Family Relations specialists on Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. If you believe the care you received was not of the highest standard, we encourage you to contact us directly using one of the methods outlined below.

The Puget Sound region includes all MultiCare clinics and hospitals located in Pierce, King, Kitsap, Thurston and Snohomish counties.

The Inland Northwest region includes all MultiCare clinics and hospitals in Spokane and Kootenai counties.

MultiCare hospitals, home health and hospice services are accredited by the Joint Commission. This accreditation is a nationwide seal of approval indicating that we meet high performance standards related to the quality and safety of our patient care.

The public may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or to register complaints about a Joint Commission accredited health care organization by calling 800-994-6610. You may also submit care concerns to the Joint Commission digitally at apps.jointcommission.org.
